What this means is that you are trying to digitize points that are closer
together than your digitizing threshold. Go to the Customize menu and
make your digitizing threshold and snapping threshold smaller. Note that
these are scale-dependent, so the scale that you specify in the
introductory screen is _very_ crucial to digitizing operations. Hope that
fixes you up!
