Conversion to AutoCAD format

How can I take a vector coverage in GRASS that was digitized from a USGS
7.5 quad sheet and convert it for someone using AutoCAD.  A DXF won't be
good enough, because we will be losing the attribute information.  The 
end user would prefer a DWG format for the data.

I don't know if this helps, but I also have the data in LT4X.
