digitizer configuration

Since I have a new (old) digitizer I am looking for some help on how to create
new and necessary files and drivers.
I looked for documentation on this subject but couldn't find any.

Who can help ?
the digitizer is an OCE Graphics G6421 tablet 12"x12"
I have to get it to work on a HP Workstation, but that might not be the 
problem
