East European borders

Sorry if it is a little bit off topic:
Can someone please point me to a source of digitized (East European)
country borders. The GSHHS
	http://www.soest.hawaii.edu/wessel/gshhs/gshhs.html
is rather old (even it dates from 1996, their is still the USSR...)
