Digital Ortho generation with grass

Hello,

I would like to do digital ortho generation using Grass.

Here is the data that I have:
   . imagery scans
   . ascii or USGS DEMs
   . aerotriangulation data 
   . camera calibrated focal length and radial distortion table

Has anyone done this before and would be willing to give me some
pointers? (Step by step for dummies would be best :> )
