some problems with TclTKGRASS 2.3 release

This from Install Text:   If you have to store GRASS in a different
directory (not recommended)
   you have to correct the paths in
       /usr/local/bin/tcltkgrass

or  try   ln -s  /home/toni/grass  /usr/local/grass42
