How to help

Hello,
I have posted this question in the thread about the policy release of
GRASS but that's not in the right place.
My question :
How a non programmer  and without mirroring capacity , can help the
GRASS community :
documentation, translation,cleaning of the code  (if we say that's
function is always replaced with a newer it's not difficult bur
perhaps long to applicate this modification to all the file of the
source etc ..)
