About Summagraphics MGIII digitizer driver

Hi!
We have a Summagraphics Microgrid III digitizer and we are trying to
make it work under  Grass4.2.1.
We tried many Calcomp drivers that are compatible with SG MGIII,
but we didn't succeed.
We also tried "Summagraphics MGIII driver for Grass 4.0 v.digit/Grass 4.1 v.digit2" but
we couldn't complete the compilation procedure due to a certain error...
Does anyone know where we can find a driver for this  digitizer?
or, any way to make it work...?
