grass on mklinux, Xdriver won´t compile

Yes, the xdevel.rpm has to be installed:

Source (or elsewhere):
   ftp://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/linux/suse/5.2/suse/x1/xdevel.rpm

It contains the missing files.
