PostGRASS is alive!

Hi All,

Markus Neteler, is a bit over anxious for PostGRASS.

The project to interfaces Postgress and GRASS is ongoing and some
working modules do exist. But the code needs testing, some general interface
questions are being resolved, and other people are working on the interface.

What has been posted (as of 11/15) for user testing:
        d.site.pg
        d.vect.pg
        d.what.s.pg
        g.column.pg
        g.select.pg
        g.stats.pg
        g.table.pg
        text_functions.sql - needed for g.stats.pg
                                - should be in system functions but alas....

These modules are modifications to the Postgres / GRASS code offered by Markus
in September.

The posted modules are strictly for category support of GRASS datasets.
As such, I propose renaming the modules as follows (to make room for proper
spatial support):

        d.site.pg d.site.cat.pg
        d.rast.pg d.rast.cat.pg
        d.vect.pg d.vect.cat.pg

        d.what.s.pg d.what.s.cat.pg
        d.what.r.pg d.what.r.cat.pg
        d.what.v.pg d.what.v.cat.pg

        r.reclass.pg r.reclass.cat.pg
        r.rescale.pg r.rescale.cat.pg
        v.reclass.pg r.reclass.cat.pg
