Where can I find XDriver 24_Bit for linux?

In 4.2 and 5.x, the "regular" XDRIVER is really the XDRIVER24, which
means that it _will_ display on 16- and 24-bit desktops. It still only
displays a maximum of 256 colors :(
_Someday_ we'll get a true 24-bit display!!
