NEW MAILING LIST

Greetings GRASS community,

We are today bringing up the new GRASS mailing list here
at Baylor, thus transferring it from CERL.  You should all
recieve an email saying that you are subscribed to the list.
This list is replacing the CERL GRASS mailing list so please
update your links.  The CERL list will be discontinued in
approximately 1 month.
