Announce: New mailing list on SQL/GRASS

Dear GRASS community,

to speed up development and to concentrate on the
topic there is a new mailing list available:

 SQL/GRASS

This new list shall help and coordinate ongoing development on GRASS/SQL
interfaces. Topics to be discussed could be: 

   - Which SQL database systems shall be linked to GRASS? 
   - How can I contribute? 
   - I already programmed a (small/complete) interface! Would you like to
      integrate it? 
   - ... and so on.
