unknown vector format

Hi list,

I have a vector ascii file (*.pol) with the
following format:

         1         25.739523         70.986565

         25.551941         70.923874

         25.538887         70.926102

         25.527222         70.929718

         25.518330         70.933884

         25.499723         70.946930

         25.496109         70.951660
etc

END

         2         25.554712         69.857948

         21.491795         70.224655

         21.525814         70.256569

         21.578819         70.316658

         21.578819         70.316658

         21.583054         70.314987
etc

Does anybody know what soft could this come from and 
how to import it to grass?
I've tried v.in.arc:

 v.in.arc -n type=pol lines_in=VGEUGG.POL vector_out=test

but get a little line out of a 17569805 bytes *.pol file
