Bug fix: grass421_linuxbin22 (Dream Version)

Hi all,

thank Markus and Baylor guys provide us
grass421_linuxbin22.tar.gz
including wonderful 'grass42install.sh'
that makes real 'unpack and go'

Unfortunately there is a tiny wrong tippo;

Version 421 releas 22 is really my 'DREAM version' coming
with 24 bit monitor, tcltkgrass 2.9 and cursor key capability.
