How to define lat/long coordinates for location?

Dear Markus

At first many thank for your work in devloping GRASS.

I did some 3d mapping with 4.2.1 about Tanzania from DEM. The way I
entered the co-ordinates is underneath. It is non of your variants but
staigth forward.


          10:mm:ssS
 
  100:mm:ssW       60:mm:ssW
 
          60:mm:ssS
