Announce: new GRASS 5 beta4 on Tuesday, 26. October

Very nice work!!
GRASSbeta4 has been a pleasure to workwith (now already 6 hours
nonstop).

However, I already bumped into a bug...
in the linux binary edition (published this morning)
    ---grass5beta4_linuxbin.tar---

r.in.tiff - gives a core dumped no matter what

   so I did some "quick and dirty" patching

    by copying the r.in.tiff binary file from grass5beta3

(%.grass5b3/etc/bin/contrib/cmd/r.in.tiff)

    and using it to replace the new grass5beta4 r.in.tiff
                          in (%grass5b4/etc/bin/contrib/cmd/r.in.tiff)

now it seems to work ok.... similar patching works with other modules as
well

once again nice job!!
