[GRASSLIST:1233] Download error

Using Netscape 4.76, and going from the page

	http://www.baylor.edu/~grass/download.html

and clicking on the "Source code for GRASS 5.0beta" link, I get a popup

	Can't set guest privileges

With ftp I get

Connected to NIMROD.baylor.edu.
220 nimrod FTP server (SunOS 5.6) ready.
Name (grass.baylor.edu:bob): anonymous
331 Guest login ok, send ident as password.
Password:
550 Can't set guest privileges.
Login failed.
Remote system type is UNIX.
Using binary mode to transfer files.
ftp> 


Is this perhaps a file permissions problem?
