[GRASSLIST:1317] tcltkgrass & save settings

Hi!

I don't know how to caracterise this (probably a TODO, a small fix, or then
a miss-installation from my part somewhere), but when I once quit
tcltkgrass with 'save configuration' on, it will stay enabled for the rest
of may linux installation, unless I go and edit the .tcltkgrass file.
I don't think this is very crutial stuff, but if anyone knows how fix it,
it may be nice.
