the experimental GRASS/Windows-Cygnus version *without* graphical
output (needs to be ported) can be accessed at:

 http://www.geog.uni-hannover.de/grass/grass5/binary/windows_cygnus/

Testing and comments are welcome.
Compiling instructions are also there, if you want to try yourself.
