errors messege of ANSWERS

Now, I use ANSWERS-GRASS Intergration "r.answers" applying a local DEM in a local district.
when I have finished filling in all the necessary data.
Then it try to run answers, I got a error message.

Prease, tell me where a writing exprain such error messege to ANSWERS smulation exist.
