In this case width in legend is set by paremeter 'width' in
vect section:
vect asile98
color red
cwidth 0.0004 # used in map
width 5 # used in legend
end
but i thing that you should get something anyway - at least label.
(Maybe move legend by 'where' to PS bounding box: 'where 3 3'?)
