WGS84 is both a horizontal and vertical datum.  GRASS won't do anything
with the GEOID info anyway.  Presumably, if the heights reference Mean
Sea Level, then they've already been corrected for GEOID offsets ??
Probably good to maintain the info, but GRASS won't use it for
anything...
