[GRASSLIST:2354] r.cva for GRASS 5

Those of you who use the cumulative viewshed program, r.cva, may like to know
that a version for GRASS 5 is available from http://www.ucl.ac.uk/~tcrnmar/

This does not yet handle floating point raster maps, but once I've found time
to add that functionality I'll put it up on CVS.
