Either you don't have the correct version of Tcl/Tk installed (that
NVIZ binary will only work with Tcl/Tk 8.3), or the Tk library is
named differently (although I doubt this; RedHat's Tcl/Tk RPMs
generally use the versioned names, e.g. libtk8.3.so).
