[GRASSLIST:1912] Problem with v.build.polylines

Hello all,

We tried to use v.build.polylines. Even though it formed the polylines
correctly, It also added some random straight lines. It seems that these
straight lines are formed between two separate lines. It is easier to show
this problem using images. Please see the web page at

Please note the apparent duplicated data since the invalid line contains
portions of valid lines.

It would be greatly appreciated if someone has a fix for this.
