Hi Gaetan,

I have put a linux update for LCC with false easting/northing here:
http://www.geog.uni-hannover.de/grass/grass5/binary/linux/

Installation
cd /usr/local/grass5/
(or wherever your GRASS 5 lives)

tar xvfz proj_update_lcc_linux.tar.gz

Ready. Start GRASS 5 and (hopefully) enjoy.
