[GRASSLIST:2562] install error in grass5pre2 cvs-date oct 5

Hi all,

I tried to compile a new snapshot (dating Oct. 5) of GRASS 5 pre2. Compiling 
was O.K., but after installing (make install) as root, I can not execute the 
scripts, programfiles. All user rights are set to 640. What am I doing wrong 
here??
