[GRASSLIST:2427] Grass4.3 under RedHat 7.1

Please, accept this question originated a "registered" newbie! I have started getting involved in Open sorce GIS matters by installing and running GRASS 4.3 under Linux RedHat 7.1. "tcltkgrass&" command returns "wish 8.0 not found", a true response due to the wish 8.3 in the Hat.  What would be the steps (procedure to bypass/repair this, to further get a fully functional application?
