[GRASSLIST:4250] problems with digitizing in GRASS

Hello

I'm using v.digit to manually digitize a rastermap into a vectormap.
There I have a problem with the colorsettings. If I adjust the colors of
the lines and nodes, there is no reaction on the monitor.Furthermore the
lines have the color red in the setting(or another color) but always
display white on the monitor. 
Can anybody help me?
