Is this a binary version?  Seems to be a problem with the library
name (probably should be libtk8.3.so, not libtk.so).  Try running
ldd on grass5/etc/nviz2.2/NVWISH2.2.  If it says it depends on
libtk.so, then you may be able to get around it by adding a symlink
in /usr/lib.
