[GRASSLIST:2969] joining GRIDValues to Pointvalues

Hello,
I need some advice...

For checking the results of a classification I have some point-data.
Problem is, that sometimes the point-data is closer then the grid-resolution.

I would like to have an ovlerlay like this:

GRIDCELL 20  VALUE 2 Pointvalue a,b,c
GRIDCELL 21  VALUE 2 Pointvalue d
GRIDCELL 40  Value 3 Pointvalue a,c


Is there a way to do that?
