[GRASSLIST:3291] contour interval problem

Dear GRASS Users ,
                   I have contours data of a Lake with an interval of 25
centimeter . I have successfully imported it . When I Vectorise it and
giving the contour interval 0.25 m it is not accepting . Minimum interval
it is taking 1 . How can I give the contour interval 25 cm, please help me
