[GRASSLIST:3376] v.in.shape: fixing a mistake

I sure appreciate the help everyone's been giving me.  I've run into
another problem...a dumb mistake on my part.

I imported a shape file of the USGS QUAD coverage.  The problem is
that I imported it into my current location which was UTM zone 17.  I
realize now that that was a mistake, and wondered if there is a way to
convert the map to lat/lon without having to re-import.  It took about
three hours to import, so I was looking for a way around doing that
again.
