[GRASSLIST:4994] drawing geometric primitives in grass

Hi,

I've this problem - I need to create some vector data in grass, but I have
defined it as geometric primitives - eg.

create circle with it's centre in (somw WGS84 coords) and with radius xx km ..
or similar - create arc ...line etc..

is there any way how to do this? (it's definition od TMA/CTR areas over republic)
