[GRASSLIST:4691] updated interpolation

Hello

when I interpolated my site map with using spline-tension method, I got 
a raster map containing meaningless negative output values despite the 
fact that I have only positive input values.

why does spline tension method output negative values from
positive input data ?

anyone has an idea?
