[GRASSLIST:4823] r.report classes aren't appearing when not written to a file.

I have goofy reports from recoded raster maps that are causing me fits. When
I produce a report to a text file, this is the result.

when I don't write the report to a file, I get no classes and the lines are
not wrapped.

I'm doing all these reports on cygwin/win2k and haven't seen if the results
are the same on the freebsd installation. something tells me the *nix
version will not do this.
