Yes, this is possible, if your PG-tables have fields on which you can
join them.
I used that with an distinct ID-field in all table, which is reffered to
a raster-map with the same ID as raster-value.
You you could use a SQL-statement to join your tables an make _one_
table with all attributes included.
d.what.r.pg will querry your attributes from PG-table.
with d.rast.pg you can reclass your maps and create maps with different
attributes.
