[GRASSLIST:4480] GRASSLinks 3.2beta report

GRASSLinks is a web interface to GRASS, developed
through 3.1.1 by UC Berkeley (Susan Huse).

I would like to pre-announce a new version of
GRASSLinks that I have worked on occasionally since
I first installed version 3.11 a year ago, and
since Berkeley REGIS changed the License to
a freeBSD type GPL friendly License last January.

I plan to make version 3.2beta available for testing
installation later this month. It will have a few
new features of interest including:

1. Easy installation, single configuration file
2. Latlong support
3. Site and Vector HTML FORM queries
4. Multiple GRASS Locations support
5. Configured for quick install with GLOBAL and SPEARFISH datasets
(will distribute pre-configured versions)
6. Semi-transparent overlay of second raster layer
7. Work with latest GRASS 5.0

Again, no downloads available yet, this is a
pre-announcement. I need to practice installing
on various other machines first.
