OK Glynn thanks for the kindness, but IIRC stil does not mean a lot to me. 
Can anybdy be a little more friendly to non experts or at least explain that 
it is only some kind of programmer's stuff.

By the way I copied the "AFAICT" from a recent mail (did't invent it by 
myself).
