[GRASSLIST:6096] Trouble in Portland

dear grass users:

Pardon this neophyte.  I've gone through the cygwin/tcltk/grass
installation, but I can't get program to run.  I'm looking for a guiding
hand somewhere in the Portland, Oregon area.

Any responses would be greatly appreciated.
