A good friend of mine asked me to help him find someone meeting the qualifications below.  The candidate would be working directly with my friend and living in Korea for the duration of the job. Job Description follows:
 
I need 2 CAD (strong Bently CAD experience) GIS (Light GIS Experience 
is OK) specialists ASAP before January 5th, 2004. The positions are both "AREA SERVICE MANAGERS" located on US Government Army Installations.  The individuals must meet the following Requirements:
 
MUST HAVE experience -

1) with Bentley Microstation
2) with Bentley Geographics
3) ESRI ArcGIS
4) Oracle 9i SQL based database
5) Project Management
6) be able to get a USA Government Secret Security Clearance, meaning the individual must have a stable employment history and no felonies or misdemeanor convictions.
7) MUST BE a US Citizen
8) Experience in the government sector, preferably federal exposure. Experience with Government Public Works Departments strongly preferred.
9) Be willing to move to Korea. 1 Area Service Manager will live in Daegu, Korea which is 4 hours South of Seoul, Korea and the other will be in Camp Casey which is North of Seoul, Korea.
 
I can pay each person approximately: 
 
* $30,000 annual housing allowance or approx $2500 per month tax free
* $60,000 yearly salary 1099 contractor, $30-35 per hour based upon a 40 hour week
* 1 roundtrip airfare, which will consist of a ticket to Seoul Korea and an open-ended ticket back to the USA.
 
The tax benefits are enormous if the individuals are willing to stay for the whole contract period, which is at least 1 year. The project will last 3-4 years.
