Hi,

I noticed the same with my distribution which is a precompiled Linux version 
of 5.0.0. I noticed other commands are missing too (like s.label, r.nntool 
and r.wrat). Because both of the *.label were missing, I had to help myself 
with d.site.labels and dump it as a png file istead of a ps file.
