Hi.
I'm getting a sort of weired error with a vector map in which I'm only
digitizing elevation sites. (5.0pre4 on DEbian Woody)
When I do 'd.vect v.quote' I get a vector map displayed with all my
sites that appear correctly. BUt there's also a long line that crosses
the hole map. So I launched v.digit to cancel the line thinking that I
had mistakenly digitized it. But in v.digit that line does not appear.
So I ran 'v.clean v.quote' thinking it would have solved the problem but
nothing. It's still there.....
So I noticed something strange:
MAP INFORMATION | AMOUNT DIGITIZED
|
| Name: isoipse - UTM | # Lines: 0
|
| Scale: 25000 | # Area edges: 0
|
| Person:v.quote2 | # Sites: 187 |
| Dig. Thresh.: 0.0300 in. | - - - - - - -- - -|
| Map Thresh.: 19.050 meters | Total points: 378
How come do I have 187 sites in the map but 378 point? Shouldn't there
be 1 point for every site?? Something is worng somewhere but I can't
figure where. Would be nice if someone could help.
Thanks
