[GRASSLIST:612] Problems compiling the latest snapshot.

Hi.

I'm trying to compile the latest snapshot (28/06/2003)on my debian
 woody but I'm not having great success. This is the error that
./configure gives me:

..
...
....
checking for Tk_MainWindow in -ltk... no
checking for Tk_MainWindow in -ltk8.0... yes
checking whether to use PostgreSQL... yes
checking for location of PostgreSQL includes...
checking for libpq-fe.h... no
configure: error: *** Unable to locate PostgreSQL includes.

I've installed postgresql-dev but it seems to not be this package.
Anyone have any idea on what package it's looking for?
