[GRASSLIST:693] GRASS 5.1 CVS question

I just installed GRASS 5.1 CVS.  I had a few issues with getting it to 
compile, but it was only a minor makefile tweak to get it to work.

I had fun with the spearfish sample data, but I wanted to play with a 
larger sample.  I found the TIGER data from the 2000 census, and would 
like to import it into GRASS.

I found the manual for v.in.tiger.scs, but it looks like it is no longer 
included in GRASS.  Can anyone tell me how I might go about importing 
TIGER data?
