[GRASSLIST:721] Increase Vertex Limit

Hi,

I'm trying to import a shapefile containing continental coastlines from 
the DCW and I get the following error (repeatedly):

> WARNING: There was a runaway line (> 50,000 vertices) in closed line 
> extraction.
>   If this is a possible scenario, consider increasing the vertex limit.
>   Otherwise there is an error in the imported file, or else a bug.

I think this is a plausible scenario, but I have no idea how to 
increase the vertex limit - can anyone tell me how?
