Yes, but only the cmd version. 'datum=xxx' should be specified as one of
the command-line arguments for both inproj and outproj for datum
transformation to take place. The interactive version does not prompt for
datum, but the code is such a mess (clone of g.setproj) that it is hardly
worth changing without re-writing it totally. Better to use an external
program like cs2cs from the PROJ.4 distribution to transform point
co-ordinates.
