You can use r.patch to merge the 6 sets of training data, and either 
i.gensig and i.maxlik or i.gensigset and i.smap to classify them, 
depending on whether you want to take texture into account. Before 
creating the signatures with i.gensig or i.gensigset, you will have to 
use i.group to create a group and subgroup of the input bands that are 
to be classified on.
