Hello, Markus
'file 20020726.tif ' says that:
<20020726.tif: TIFF iamge data, little-endian>
and 'file 20020726.jpg' says that:
<20020726.jpg: JPEG image data, JFIF standard 1.01, aspect ratio, 1*1>
Sincerely
Ghalip.Yasin

XMLPacket? This looks very unusual for a TIFF file.
What does file 20020726.tif say? ('file' is a unix command which tells you
about the file type).
